Condolence: Dear Forte family and all who knew him, My heart broke in two when I heard the news of his passing. I was in the Eastman Dental Center dental assisting program in 1982 when he was there as a resident. I immediately was drawn to his warm smile and friendly demeanor. I loved assisting him and he taught me so much. We dated each other for 2 years and had so much fun together.I last saw him 8 years ago at a seminar and was so grateful to have seen him and get caught up with our lives. So proud of all he had accomplished in his life, he was a true artist, the beautiful dental work he did for me is a reminder of his craft. Gives me great peace to read these other comments and know that he was surrounded by such loving family, co-workers, friends and neighbors. He will never be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Love, Marcal

Condolence: I would like to offer my sincere condolences to the Forte family. Dr Forte will be surely missed. I first met in in 1989,at St Mary's Hospital. He was one of the nicest people I had ever met. It was my first job, my only job to this day as a Dental Hygienist. I learned so much from him over the years, sometimes I don't think how much he really helped me learn and understand dentistry, patients and life in general.
God Bless You Dr Forte - Rest Peacefully in Heaven!!

Condolence: Charlie lived across the street from us. He was the first to welcome us to the neighborhood, and immediately started treating us as friends.
Charlie always had a smile, and kind words for us. He never failed to stop mowing his immaculate lawn to say hello to the kids. He was there to help shovel us out in snowstorms, and if we ever needed anything. We were so lucky to have him as a neighbor, and he is missed. Our hearts are hurting.
Our sincere condolences to his family, coworkers, patients, and friends.

Condolence: As a Dental Assistance at Unity Dental Group I had the pleasure to work with Charlie for the last 30 years. He was an excellent dentist and a dear friend. We shared devotional readings, had meaningful conversations about books we read, faith and even shared some jokes. He was a faithful member of the Men's Bible Study Group and of Northridge Church Community Group.
We admired him for his servant and humble spirit. We will miss him and will always remember his " so long" when he left the office at the end of the day. Please receive our most felt condolences, may God strengthen your family during this loss.

Condolence: Our condolences to Charlie's mother, brother and brother's family, and other family members.
We knew Charlie from our community church Bible study group for approximately the last 10 years. He contributed comments that were heartful, insightful and inspirational. He knew the Bible and he knew the Lord.
For a doctor, he was humble and very giving of his time among his other contributuons. Someone in our group had his bicycle stolen, and Charlie gave him his own bike and lock. He drove a disabled member of the group weekly, so she could attend. He was a greeter at the church door.
He enjoyed his medical conferences and playing golf at Hilton Head he mentioned once.
He said his brother was the chef or cook in the family who prepared all the Italian courses for Christmas Eve dinner, which he appreciated.
He was a very gracious and considerate man. He will be missed by all who knew him.
We are sorry for your loss and grateful for his friendship he abundently offered to all he met.

Condolence: dr forte was my dentist for many years; I would come home from college and med school twice a year and make sure I had an appointment with him for my cleanings. in a medical field that is usually the butt of i survived the dentist type jokes, I always recalled dr forte as being gentle in technique and in personality. plus in his face mask, I always joked with him that from the mask on up he looked just like Harrison Ford; their office had old movie cowboy posters, and I think he got a kick out of that. he will be missed.
