Condolence: Very sorry to hear of Herb's passing. I knew him mainly from the softball world. We played a lot of games together, and regularly had a few beers afterward. Herb was a good teammate, and a friend.
I did occasionally get some legal guidance from Herb, but most of our talk was about the game, and the after game camaraderie. He was always a gentleman, a guy with a smile, a handshake, and a good sense of humor. He will be missed.
