Obituary for Anthony Feo
Anthony Feo, 88, of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on March 2, 2021 in Vassar Bros. Medical Center. He was born in Castelpoto, Italy on February 15, 1933 the son of Costanzo & Maria Luigia Simeone Feo. He married Aurelia Mastrocinque on June 26, 1955 in Castelpoto, Italy. Theirs was a love story of 65 years together. Aurelia survives at home. Both of them settled in Poughkeepsie, NY after leaving Italy.
When Tony first came to Poughkeepsie he originally worked at Bond Clothing as a Pressman until he was hired by IBM in Poughkeepsie as a Technician. He retired in 1992.
Tony was always about his love of family and spending as much time as possible with them and helping them in any way possible. He enjoyed traveling to Florida and Italy to be with his family. He was an exceptional gardener. He was a multiple Bocce Champion while he was a member of the Italian Center in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Survivors include his daughter: Mary Lou (Andrew) Kutchma of Poughkeepsie, NY; sons: Anthony (Karen) Feo, Jr. and Costanzo(Ann) Feo both of Highland, NY. A brother: Gennaro Feo survives in Aversa, Italy. Grandchildren include: Andrea, Marc, Danielle, Christina, Tiffany, Anthony, III, Kayla, Gerardo and Natalia. Great-Grandchildren include: Riley, Drew, Carter, Aurelia and Emma. He was predeceased by his brother: Nicola Feo; sisters: Angelina, Claudia and Pasqualina.
Visitation will be Friday, March 5, 2021 10AM- 1PM at the Wm. G. Miller & Son FH, inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 10AM in Holy Trinity Church, 775 Main St., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. Entombment will follow in the Mausoleum at St. Peter's Cemetery.
